Unlimited email support sessions are offered standard in all of our subscription packages. Support is defined as general assistance with our website content and other inquiries. Support does not include performance coaching, which includes but is not limited to: trade reviews, trading strategy development, trading performance tips, interpretation on how to apply content, or any other “personalised service”. Support requests are available as a complimentary service, but is subject to a fair usage policy. If subscriber is abusing the support channel for anything outside of normal usage, Options Insight reserves the right to revoke access and/or to terminate user membership where appropriate, without notice and without refunding remaining monthly subscription amount. If our support team deems that inquiries are more appropriate for a coaching relationship, then, our coaching services will be made available to you at an hourly cost.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that Options Insight’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any services(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s). Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Options Insight its Affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (a) your breach of these Terms of Use or other terms applicable to your use of our products; (b) any allegation that any materials that you submit to us or transmit to us infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or (c) your activities in connection with any Options Insight product or service.
Refunds
Course Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed within 48 hours of request, and can take 5 to 15 business days to be credited, depending on your card provider. Refunds are only eligible up to 7 calendar days before the start of your course date and time. Refunds are only one per client. Once a successful refund has been processed you will not be eligible for any future refunds on any products and/or services. Opening multiple email accounts and masking your IP to circumvent our refund policy will result in permanent access ban to our website and services. If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason, and are under the 14 day initial signup please contact us directly. We are committed to exceptional customer service. We have an extremely flexible and transparent refund policy. Once you file a dispute through your credit card company or bank without contacting us first, the 14 day money back guarantee is invalidated and no longer applies as there are costs to our business to defend and manage disputes. This is a fair policy we enforce strictly.
Subscription Charge Cycle & Cancellation
By signing up to our subscription membership, you are consenting to the terms of access, privacy policy and risk disclaimer. Subscriptions are charged monthly/annually on the anniversary day and time of your original purchase. Once a subscription is activated, it will continue the billing cycle until you cancel it through your member area or contact our customer service team with a cancellation notice, or in the event your payment is not received. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription, and to initiate the cancellation process in the event you wish to cancel your membership and not incur further charges. You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation, but we reserve the right not to permit re-subscription where we have previously elected to terminate a subscription by you.

Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Options Insight.
